The Kendriya Sahitya Akademi recently re-published Pandit Srimadajjada Adibhatla Narayana Das' Rubaiyat of Omar Khaiyam, first published in 1932, under its 'Rare Books Series' programme. The book was released at a function organised by the Sahitya Akademi and Vijayawada Book Festival Society at Vijayawada on May 5, 2012. (See the English and Telugu invitations below.) The event was prominently reported by The Hindu, The Hans India and Eenadu among other newspapers. ReplyDeleteI wish to share here that SriAdibhatla Kameswara Sarma, the great grandson of Sri Dasugaru is also as versatile as his legendary great grandfather. Sarmaji can reached on mail id - sk.sarma@adssc.ae
Sarmaji has produced two musical albums and one of them (Aa.Sa.Gitalu) was fully composed by him. Second album's music was done by Mr. Madhavapeddi Suresh.
I humbly request you all to invite Sarmaji for the functions in relation to Sri Dasugaru not only as Dasu garu's progeny but also as a talented great grandson.
